Participate in our group stage: four days to learn how to live and cook the harvest of nature, comparing our experiences led by Roberto Vetromile, foraging teacher and ethnobotanical researcher, who will help us to recognize the edible wild plants of our area and teach us how to collect them and turn them into the kitchen in original, tasty, nutritious and genuine dishes.
Because nature pays homage to its gifts, it is up to us to catch them.
We will stay in 4-bed apartments with a shared bathroom for every two rooms.
For meals we will organize a daily common box that will take into account the needs of all present, provided that each apartment has its own kitchen but it would be nice to share the meal to share impressions of what our teacher will show us about plants alimurgiche.
